The Importance Of A Soft Fall Layer
Australian Standards specify that an impact-absorbing surface is required for areas where falls from play equipment are possible. This surface is commonly referred to as Soft fall (also known as softfall, safety flooring, soft floor or rubber flooring).
Soft fall can be in the form of rubber, synthetic grass, shock absorbing pads and even woodchips. The degree and type of soft fall required is determined by a number of factors including the height of the play equipment.
All installations carried out by our team are completed in accordance with Australian Standards set out in AS/NZS 4422:1996 and a Certificate of Compliance is issued with installations.
We can provide advice on your soft fall requirements and professional onsite testing can also be arranged to ensure your surface meets Australian Standards.
Constant Updating and Adaptation are Essential
In any business, success doesn’t come easy and at Synthatech, we are constantly on the alert for new methods and techniques that will boost the quality of our service deliver to customers. We believe that success always hinges on monitoring the arrival of new products on the market and must be ready to immediately adapt our production strategies in line with the new products. Usage techniques and new products are constantly being introduced and both require considerable investment for adapting to the changes.
Challenges faced by customers is extremely important
Procuring new supplies of materials for installing at selected sites is pointless if there is no foreknowledge or understanding of what customers need or want. It is extremely important that customers’ needs are satisfied by the products that are appearing on the market, by the way current materials are applied and that new techniques are capable of providing the best solutions for them. A customer’s needs keep changing with time and knowing those changes will ensure that what we provide for customers is the right product for a specific need.
Providing solutions is what our business is all about
We conduct very detailed surveys of customer needs using various sources that can pinpoint preferences and needs and in particular the reasons why customers opt for a particular product and not others. By knowing these different preferences and needs along with the reasons for them, it is possible to predict the trends and be able to pre-empt what customers are likely to need or want in the future. We can then tell the future demand for softrax rubber, synthetic grass or softfall cushioning and provide the exact solution to customers.
Putting them together for customer benefit
Being able to predict what customers may need or want in the future is important and is half the battle. The other half is of course having the professional skill in applying the solutions and our experts are equal to any task that relate to the use of synthetic products. They have consolidated their position over time and their performance and expertise has been honed to such a degree they are perfectly capable of working with the different types of synthetic materials that they currently use and are always abreast of any new materials and techniques that appear on the business scene.
